Dedicated to Wellbeing

Nina Wynne is a kind-hearted yoga teacher and a devoted mother of four, based in Edgware, north London. With twenty years of experience in yoga practise, she has studied around the world under revered teachers from India to Thailand to London.
Upon first discovering yoga at the tender age of 18, backpacking across Australia, she was instantly fascinated by the effect it had on not only her body but her mind too. Nina continued travelling across south east Asia, deepening her knowledge and improving her practise.
Having become a British Wheel of Yoga accredited instructor in 2010, nowadays Nina is qualified to teach many types of yoga for all ages and abilities, from Beginners to Dynamic, from Pregnancy to Post-Natal. Constantly inspired by her children, she is naturally calm and caring, exuding warmth as she helps students to progress far beyond their own expectations.
Nina gains the most satisfaction from “helping people realise how much their bodies can do and how good they can feel,” seeing clients achieve a sense of balance and strength, and peace and harmony for their body and mind. She gently advises new students to be open, take each class at a time, be persistent with their practice and enjoy feeling the changes in their body.
In the future, Nina hopes to reach as many women as she can through her teaching, helping them reap the benefits of yoga in everything they do; in their work life, in their family life, and in other physical activities. With her tender aura and generosity of spirit, there is no doubt that she will enhance the lives of all her future students.
